•Responsible for the operation of the district network of pipelines for hot water and steam heating, including (estimate data): 56 km of pipelines for hot water and steam heating; Individual District Heating Substations 500 pcs. (Between 150 and 700 kW each), Group District Heating Substations 11 pcs. (Total installed capacity 78 MW); measuring unit – energy meters 800 pcs. •Responsible for the execution of contracts with investment project’s contractors;

•Responsible for the planning of the company’s investment activities. •Liaise between the company and municipal/state administrations for the issuance of the respective documents for the commencement of construction works and acceptance of the finished projects; •Responsible for the execution of contracts with investment project’s contractors. •Controls the time and quality of delivery of materials; •Controls the time and quality of construction works

•Leading groups installing technological pipelines for water, steam heating, natural gas, petrol products, pipeline support system and equipment. •Coordinates delivery of materials. •Controls the quality and period of execution of the different stages of the installation.

•Leading groups for maintenance and repairs of heating and gas equipment, district pipelines for hot water and steam heating, gas pipelines, sectioning (pipeline) gas valves, gas regulating points and gas burning devices. •Controlling the construction and repair of the energy facilities in the company. Attesting the repair, operating and management personnel in the company

•Management of operational staff and responsible for the safe operation of energy equipment /steam boilers, heating installations, gas installations, etc...
