Manage corporate credit portfolio for this leading provider of private, retail, commercial, and corporate banking services in Turkey. Analyze new credit proposals and periodically review and adjust credit limits with existing customers to minimize account delinquencies and optimize portfolio stability. Manage and coordinate activities of sales teams, oversee the collections process, and assess feasibility of project finance proposals.

Managed back office operations, including oversight of staff members across the credit, accounting, foreign trade, and foreign exchange functions of the branch.

As a member of the Board of Auditors, continually reviewed existing internal controls and implemented new measures to ensure the highest level of financial integrity and strength. Performed financial analyses of corporate and commercial credits, assessed collateral/financial statements and cash management systems, examined financial feasibility of projects, and conducted profitability analyses of bank branches and departments. Planned and managed investigation studies of internal auditors.
