-Development of PU slipper/clog soles in order to improve product quality in terms of physical strength (flexibility, density, hardness) and appearances such as color and surface smoothness -Improve technical production processes of injection moulding -Improve adhesion quality of different material surfaces such as coated textile and leathers

· Fabrication of PMMA nanofibers on SiOx plates at the room temperature by self-assembly. Researched to find the appropriate way to carry out experiments and innovated the fabrication process. · I have practiced the subjects of nanofabrication techniques, characterization of polymer materials, surface treatment, nano-thermodynamics, diffusion phenomena, solid physics etc.

· Created risk analyses and controlled periodically occupational areas (pursuant to OHSAS 18001), managed industrial safety competitions within the factory, · Supported the department apply protective parameters against health and safety risks, waste management services for green processes (Treatment with biological membrane according to ISO 14001).

· Designed project equipment such as pilot reactors to be used in membrane separation. Supported CAD designing of membrane reactor operations, · Supported researching auxiliary equipment ‘pump, motor, process control equipment, heating-cooling systems’

· Compatibility control of quality standards for fabrication and MSDS criteria of cosmetic, food supplement products, · Responsible person of getting permission for food supplements and food contact materials importation, have been followed importation processes with Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock and Authorization processes of medical products with Ministry of Health

· Plants producing steps and sustainability of the processes and processes control systems have been practised, · The plant transforms boron minerals into high value added boron products, Sulphuric acid production process has been followed in the Sulphuric Acid Plant

· Quality control process have been practised with the physical strength tests such as Oxygen-water vapour permeability extension-severance and chemical strength tests via FTIR, GC and DSC
