- Handling of the MicroScale Thermophoresis Technology - Characterization of the molecular interactions between aptamers and different molecules and ions (Thrombin, ATP, Doxorubicin, Hg2+) - Worked under highest scientific standards in R+D projects for the company analysing uncharacterized aptamers

Gained in-depth experience about the physical principles behind bionanotechnology and single molecule systems. I was able to learn the theory behind and to work first-hand with techniques such as AFM, MFM, SEM and optical stretchers.
