- establishing quotes and sending proposals to clients - direct contact with clients from all over the world - executing the planned programme for business travels for groups in the automotive, finance and insurance industry (event size between 15 and 3600 persons) - HR functions in the office (interviews with possible new interns, vacation planning, etc) - accounting and invoicing of events - website maintenance

Organise and implement creative, cultural and sportive activities and citytrips for students (11-17 years) living in a boarding school in Bad Schussenried

Organise and implement creative, cultural and sports activities and citytrips for foreign students coming to Munich to learn German (14-18 years).
