Responsible for all financial processes and activities in Eastern European sales companies. It includes business support, credit management and also price/revenue management. Working with external auditors, group finance functions in addition to shared service center (accounting) in Poland. Responsible for all planning processes (budget, monthly and quarterly forecasts). I have 5 direct reports and 12 functional reports.

Driving pricing process and setting guidelines regarding pricing and trade terms.Providing information regarding price development, profitability development of customers. Support in customer offers and negotiations. Ensure that knowledge is spread throughout the region (especially sales and product managers)

Responsible for establishing accounting and controlling teams in CEE sales companies (8 countries). Driving budget and forecasting processes. Monthly consolidation of regional results and analysis of those. Implementing one ERP system in the region for all sales companies (Scala)

In those 5 years I have worked in various areas and departments in Finance at Alcatel Austria. These were controlling, internal audit and also working as assistant finance manager at Alcatel's research center. Worked also twice in Hungary with special tasks.
