Assisting connected financial institutions in compliance and attestations (KYC-SA) with the customer security program (CSP) as a member of the center of expertise within the security operations department. Improvement of customer security framework which is designed to improve cyber security practices within the worldwide financial community.

Implementation and Management of Information Security Management System, including Physical and Logical Security (Network, OS and Application Levels) Alignment of IT practices with Cobit. Member of Cyber Security Emergency Team. Management and administration of Internet Banking Fraud Detection system. Consultancy and advisory services to Project Management Department and higher management of the Bank. Delivery of Information Security Awareness Trainings.

Part of the team responsible for Identity and Access Management of the Bank. Duties include Security of the Main Frame, Configuration and Administration of the SIEM (Security Incident and Event Management) Monitoring Audit trails/logs and following up on security incidents. Information Security Awareness Training for both technical and non-technical personnel of the Bank.

Assisted in various engineering and quality management related courses. Worked in data analysis work for quality assurance of education quality. Participated in research projects within the Industrial Engineering Department.

Doctorate level curriculum including Cyber Security programme elective courses. Course attended include: Malware Analysis Penetration Testing Cyber Security Network and Cryptography Data Mining Cyber Security Law
