Currently working for BP in the trading business as End User Service Delivery Lead for Desktop and Service Desk activities, I take ownership within projects and management tasks with Vendors for Infrastructure and Integration Services. Being responsible for the Desktop support in Trading, I am managing a team of desktop engineers support the trading business for BP in London.

Within my role I am focused on the integration and delivery of IT services across Germany, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Greenland. This includes office moves and acquisitions as well as relationship- and vendor management.
