* Developed a technical scalability framework for our current products and applications to roadmap how to scale up in maturity and scale out across multiple mine sites. * Refined current agile development practices including daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint refinements, sprint retrospectives, backlog management, and program increment (PI) planning. * Negotiated trade-offs for machine learning solutions in mineral processing across dimensions such as value, cost, timeliness, and risk.

* Formalized the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) sub-committee’s vision by defining the committee’s goals, identifying the target groups, exploring their needs, and ideating solutions. * Translated the committee’s vision into a roadmap, highlighting the features critical to the vision, the key performance indicators (KPI’s) that would inform what success looks like, and the timeline to action against. * Prioritized features into a backlog to be actioned upon by the executive board or refined further.

* Optimized metal production through machine learning solutions; utilizing real-time IoT sensor information to increase throughput and recovery, reduce waste, and stabilize operations. * Owned a COVID-19 application used to track cases, trace close contacts, and prevent outbreaks across multiple mining sites and ports in Canada, the US, and Chile. * Delivered a historical matching application to Red Dog Operations (RDO), one of the world’s largest zinc mines, valued at $3.5M in annualized mill improvements.

* Delivered predictive modeling, demand forecasting, applied statistics, and business analysis to improve the efficiency of the Sales organization. * Directed vendor relationships with the analytics team, developing new customer segmentation approaches and improving targeting and marketing efficiencies. * Directed user experience research by shadowing stakeholders in-market and conducting interviews, impacting new feature development and refining product design.

* Determined key factors in customer retention and churn utilizing statistical models on customer behavior. * Facilitated communication between our stakeholders, our advisor, and our development team, providing updates on product capabilities, success stories, pain points, roadblocks, bottlenecks, and future paths forward. * Delivered a final product demo to the whole of the Unbounce office including senior leadership. The delivered solution has been iterated upon and is still currently in use.

* Developed a cost-benefit analysis application for coordinating and scheduling airline travel on aggregate, reducing transportation costs by $10,000 annually. * Facilitated communication between our stakeholders and our development team, refining future product features and translating user requirements into product backlog items.
