Anticipate demand behaviour and provide an extraordinary customer service are the main topics of my job, starting from the customer's input and from the market signals we anticipate the demand change in the next 18months horizon. Responsible for capturing automotive customer platform ramp behaviour (ramp up/ramp down), the goal is to manage and execute this process in a systematic way and to facilitate smooth ramping behaviour for customers and suppliers, down to a part number/demand/timing customer level.

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring of the movement of materials within a production plant based on lean production. I determine production plans to meet the demands of customers, and coordinate the efficient movement of materials within the supply chain. Responsible for plant targets concerning the delivery performance of the plant, the delivery performance of suppliers and the inventory turn. Plant Target Achieved: On September 2013 the San Salvo Plant achieved the Emea Four Stars Level.

Passed the government exam and licensed as professional industrial engineer.
