• Customer care and support • Account planning • Initial evaluation of requests made by the customers in relation to the existing solutions, if necessary, also in agreement with SDC, Governance and Delivery • Coordination and agreement of the contents of proposals and SLA's • Negotiation and agreement of contracts and orders with the customers in the Group and external customers
