At DPS we undergo a highly intensive experience in just 3 months creating a solution for social impact from scratch. - Manage the backlog with agile methodology using Jira - Work from definition of a problem to ideation and MVP development until final delivery of a complete solution - Work with a team of engineers and designers and coordinate the whole process

We used challenge-based learning to understand potential behaviour and help developers to achieve technical skills and best practices in programming, and then connect them with partner companies. Main activities: - Conduct research in Candidate Experience to establish and improve the product - Build and follow all the process to select participants - Find the best professionals in technology - Internal people management and recruitment/selection processes
