Managed Softvision's Iasi site. Opened, managed, and transitioned two other Romanian sites - Timisoara and Bucharest. Grew the site from 0 to 200+ employees. Hired, coached, and managed a team of four managers. Responsible for headcount growth and hiring, compensation management, career development, project staffing, and delivery.

Java Technical Lead for Nokia projects. Part of the pre-sales team for Virtela engagement kickstarted the project at Virtela's HQ in Denver, Colorado, and led the development team.

Java Engineer for LHS Telekommunikation - part of Ericsson - projects. Kickstarted the consultancy partnership, involved in multiple telco-related projects, including internal budgeting, inception, and development of a deployment and solution management platform. Worked for 6+ months at LHS's headquarters in Frankfurt. Part of the LHS on-site implementation team for Vodafone, Tunis, responsible for installation, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation
