-Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and development. - Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. - Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources. - Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.

Recruitment & administrative issues: - identify potential candidates according to the job description; - schedule interviews, ensuring that the office diary is also updated; - interview potential candidates, providing positive/negative feedback where necessary; - write candidate reports and correspondence, maintaining constant communication lines; - complete reference checking for all candidates participating to local and international projects; - periodically report project status to colleagues;
