FourQuarters Recruitment was founded in 2011 specialising in the recruitment of banking, finance and accounting professionals across all industries placing permanent, temporary and contract positions. I was recruited to start and develop the IT Division of this banking & finance recruitment business. After a successful start unforeseen circumstances have resulted in my return to the UK and has cut short this exciting opportunity.

My role at Ethos was as a Specialist Consultant recruiting senior level candidates into the Banking & Finance, Consultancy and Utilities sectors. Ethos Corporation is a deliberately compact human capital consultancy providing executive recruitment solutions to the Australian and Asia Pacific market place.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant I specialised in the recruitment of IT staff across various industries and markets from graduate level through to senior management. This role demanded sustained effort, an ability to work well under pressure and adhere to KPI's set out by the organisation.
