Recruiting sales teams/ agents, Trade associations, government bodies and institutions from Europe, Middle East, CIS countries, the Balkans, India & the Americas for Tarsus Group events globally. · Consulting on events' development in new regions, increasing international participation at Tarsus Group events · Maintaining the market recognition of Tarsus events in a senior level i.e. government institutions, trade associations, chamber of commerce · Generating additional revenue through international sales

maintaining efficient sales activities, revenue management, sales teams management for four different projects: SIGN Istanbul- International Advertising Industry and Digital Printing Technologies Trade Fair, REW Istanbul - Recycling, Environmental Technologies & Waste Management Trade Fair, ISG Eurasia Occupational Health & Safety Fair, and IPS Istanbul – Industrial Print Summit.

Overall event management responsibility for SIGN Istanbul Show. · Efficient pipeline management · Market research, monitoring competitor events. · Planning and following an effective national and international marketing schedule of the show together with Marketing Department. · Liaison with key customers, partners, trade associations. · Management of event floor plans and introduction of new approved show features · 3D Printing Show launch alongside SIGN Istanbul
