Included in my responsibilities is: ->Coordinate with stakeholders and team to understand project requirements & Transform those requirements into technical documentation -->Set up QA processes, prepare and maintain testing resources e.g. test cases, test plans . -->Identify areas of automation and implement automated tests -->Integrate those tests with CI/CD Pipeline -->Collect and prepare analytics from test results and analytics for service health

I worked directly with product manager and clients to: • Understand product requirements. • Presenting end user prospective in design review meetings • Creating and maintain test resources e.g., test plans, test cases etc. • Create and maintain bug backlog. • Develop and streamline release workflow. • Create and follow the QA Improvement plan to identify current health of service, identify potential improvement areas and optimal solutions. Which eventually led to increase in Monthly Active Users (MAU).

I gained hands-on experience on agile methodologies as well as working in competitive and healthy work culture thus grooming my professional skills. I worked directly with clients to understand the requirements and to present QA’s views in design review meetings resulting in process improvement and less rework. I also worked on testing, quality assurance, and release of their product that resulted in gaining the interest of customers and that transformed later in more Monthly Active Users
