Develop statistical predictive models for Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test and CECL using SAS and R programming software: • Build portfolio and loan-level models, including PD & LGD, to stress test loan portfolios and forecast the expected loss for the life of the loan • Monitor performance of the models to ensure accuracy of the forecasting capabilities over time • Perform research on modeling methodologies to ensure the relevant inputs from FDIC and Federal Reserve are accounted for in the modeling process

Worked with financial models to analyze the mechanics of cash flows and complex securitization structures • Achieved $2.5 mil. in savings by analyzing repurchase agreement on the retained bonds with the decision to terminate the agreement and issue the bonds into the market; • Assisted in preparing ABS transaction utilizing tools such as Bloomberg terminal and fixed income modeling to project cash flows, analyze a loss coverage ratio and expected cumulative net loss.

Project dedicated to diversification of the economy and private sector development of Turkmenistan: • Analyzed business development service providers, resulting in 3 business intermediaries being identified to enhance their capacity for provision of professional services to small and medium businesses • Conducted a functional analysis and training needs assessment of the Institute of Economic Development & the Ministry of Economy, resulting in 2 training plans to improve staff and specialists’ performance

Supported project management in design and construction of the bitumen plant at Turkmenbashi Oil Refinery • Compiled and submitted a $89 million project plan to the Turkmen government, resulting in project acceptance by the Cabinet of Ministers; • Negotiated technology purchasing and licensing contracts with international suppliers, ensuring technical specifications and lowering costs.
