Fit gap analysis; gathering requirements from business, attending workshops, Writing functional specification, Configuration documents, Build activities, configuration of system in terms of SAP MM, LE modules, UAT testing using HQPC tool,Pre-cutover activities before Go-Live/Go Live activities, Providing go-live and post go live support

Designing new SAP template in MM area for Hungary, Czech Rep., Montenegro, Poland, Translating business needs into system and process solutions through analyzing of data and through writing of technical design, customizing, interfaces & development specifications in SAP MM, UAT and Integration testing, Participate in respective area in all stages of a project (workshops, developments, delivery, tests, planned: data migration, cut over, hand-over to support organization),

Support and delivery functionality of SAP, design of new processes in terms of supply. Preparing technical SAP specification. customizing (mainly within MM) , Participation and leading IT projects, attending meetings reg. project scopes, plans, changes to the project plan, Delivering support to the organization, MM and PP, Giving advice and training super users on MM, UAT and regression testing, pre-go live activities, post go live support.

Taking part in SAP systems enhancement projects (SD, MM, submodule SAP AFS for retail), analyzing current processes; exploring need for process change based on users’ feedback, Providing daily support to SAP system users, Cross functional cooperation in relation to interfaces between Microsoft Dynamics and SAP,  Management of data maintained in SAP, data migration using LSMW., Preparing UAT test scenarios and carrying out testing functionalities

Participation in internal projects related to systems/tools and processes improvements/change (SAP MM/SD, Cisco internal systems, CCW) collaboration on cross-functional basis with different business units; liaising with external and internal customers to search for their requirements as to systems/tools or processes in order to improve performance and quality of work, providing mentoring to internal business associates as well as external clients as to new functionalities of systems/tools, (SAP MM/SD)

Identifying customers’ requirements as to system functionalities and based on customers’ feedback preparing supply chain optimization possibilities of SAP; presenting solutions to customers (e.g. APO Transport Management module TP/VS, APO – Ocean Carrier Booking application), Carrying out UAT tests on new solutions, checking correctness of new releases, indicating errors and suggesting corrections for user friendly and errorless use of the system –projects in SAP AG in Germany.

Taking part in project work with SAP, Identifying gaps in SAP (SD, MM, LE ) , suggesting implementation of solutions that will eliminate the gaps. Gathering and documenting requirements from logistics, customer service, planning/purchasing and finance teams in terms of system functionality, suggesting improvements, analyzing SAP and processes- why delays occurred; route cause analysis, monitoring EDI transmitions to the warehouses, IDOCS solving (SAP SD,MM, WM and external third party systems)

Taking part in a project team work – implementation of SAP (SD, MM, PP modules). Customizing of SD and MM, cooperation with external consultants in Denmark. Adjusting parameters in SAP after set up of new logistics flow (direct distribution from Japan to European customers, distribution through CDC in Denmark, direct distribution to European customers from production plant in Poland) , Working with APO, IDOCs solving, EDI monitoring.
