- Responsable for manufacture assembly line; - Analize coordinate and implement product modifications in Teamcenter system, SAP and manufacturing; - Responsible for analysis and control the BOM (Bill of Material) of Upper Level suppliers; - Coordinate projects related to new products, assembly devices, standards and support Europe Product Engineering.

- Responsible for analyzing and coordinating simultaneous product changes. - Responsible for Bill of Materials. - Analyze costs, material availability and urgency in order to define optimal dates of implementation. - Support assembly line, logistic controller, buyers and planners engineering changes related activities. - Attend meetings with all team in order to accomplish the engineering changes implementation on time.

- Integrate all involved areas as product development, quality, logistic, marketing, manufacturing engineering and customer service departments to deliver the new products programs according to Ford metrics. - Provide team feedback, assure program timing, cost, quality objectives and continuous launching improvement. - Follow quality and PD issues analysis to ensure correct solution using quality tools (8D, APQP, Ishikawa Diagram). - Development and monitoring GPDS to ensure the schedule of new programs.

- Technical support to accredited garages, parts and dealers. - Technical materials assembly, information and courses to be offered to customers. - Teaching courses, seminars and training to accredited garages, parts and dealers. - Technical support to the area test lab and engineering. *Revitalization project garages, after sales service update, prospecting for new customers and increased sales of Magneti Marelli.

- Projects in Lean Manufacturing system, use of tools for process improvement and quality in production systems. - Projects geared toward quality process and product, Poka Yokes, FMEA, quality assurance and other quality tools. - Management workgroup quality to reduce desviations of assembly and auditing. Continuous improvement of process and product, standard workstation and takt time. -Try out of assembly, introducing new components in process with FMEA analysis.

- Technical analysis of defects and improvements to car dealership customers, carrying out the repairs, opening and closing of Order of Service and customer contact. - Customer and technical support to customers and sellers of the concessionaire.

- Assistant production in the assembly of railcars and meters, assembler internal and external components, finishing in general.
