I joined remotely a small team that develops stunning product, Magic Desktop - operation system for children to learn and to play. I was eager to combine my previous experience and discipline with market-oriented service. As a Product Manager, I supervised​ ​developing of special​ 10​ ​mini-games​ ​addition and a new landing page. Being responsible for tasks managing of designers and developers team with Redmine taught me how to reach short term goals in collaboration with creative team.

During the 5 years of project lifecycle, I grew from a specialist to a monitoring team manager a M&E manager, contributing to design of indicators framework within Canadian HQ, conducting various monitoring and field surveys, analysing data received and writing quarterly and annual reports. I lead a sub-project of upgrading data collection from paper to electronic one, constructed new questionnaires, trained team of interviewers.
