I was accountable for long-term relationship maintenance and daily trades with the existing partner companies and for signing up new partnership contracts with Latin American and Asian VoIP businesses with the focus on Brazil, Spain and Israel. This position also required a profound technical and commercial knowledge of the area of VoIP wholesale and VAS services, as well as Alaris system and routes quality assessment.

My responsibility field was Mystery Shopping projects realization mainly the UK, Portugal, Cyprus and Denmark. Also negotiation and doing partnerships with Portuguese and Brazilian companies in the market. I mainly worked in the Shopmetrix system and used various internet tools like: Canva.com, currency converters, Google Maps, IBAN checker, headhunters.com etc.
