•Oversees the planning and implementation of Provider-initiated HIV Testing and Counseling at selected ICAP-supported facilities in Central Province •Ensures that Provider-initiated HIV Testing and Counseling is offered at all service points (inpatient, outpatient and clinics) at selected facilities. •Provides on-going mentorship and supervision of Provider-initiated HIV Testing and Counseling to the health care workers at the selected facilities. •Strengthens linkages between Testing points and Care

 Monitoring of child development center activities to ensure compliance with ministry of health policies  Ensuring that Compassion international’s and partner expectations on physical, spiritual and cognitive development needs of children are met  Advising local partnership committee and child development workers on opportunities related to networking, resources and services to enhance appropriate health interventions  Coordinating referral of sick children  Developing health care plans sick children

 Conduct community mobilization for health related projects  Follow up of children with medical problems  Reaching out to the community for HIV and AIDS awareness creation and advocacy activities  Advocacy on children’s rights  Oversee the activities of one umbrella CBO  Conduct community training on health issues  Facilitate key child sponsorship activities

 Organize youth forums to discuss and find solutions health problems affecting the youth including HIV and other STIs.  Work with the youth to find workable/healthy solutions to their problems.  Facilitating the establishment of active Behavior Change Groups that give the youth a positive approach to life.  Organize trainings for the youth in the local community in collaboration with the Health education coordinator.  Generating and sharing appropriate and accurate records of all the activities
