• On top of the HR Business Partner role responsible for recruitment process and strategy (sourcing, selection, hiring) for all functions of Novartis Animal Health Switzerland • Partnering with local Novartis managers to leverage best practices on the sourcing front (eg. preferred suppliers, best in class methodology) • University hiring with a focus on top talents

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR function, formulating and implementing HR objectives and processes which are aligned to the overall business strategy • Responsible to provide HR Business Process coordination to the Swiss HR Team and supporting the Head HR in delivering business and people strategies • Leading salary/merit and incentive review for Switzerland • Managing all HR communications to associates around performance and talent management processes, salary round, etc.

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR function, formulating and implementing HR objectives and processes which are aligned to the overall business strategy • Consulting and coaching of (senior) line managers; established strong working relationships and became a well accepted business partner and coach • Managing complex care management cases

• Providing HR support and operating HR processes and systems related to staffing, entry, on-boarding, compensation, performance and talent management, development, retention and release of employees, including time management • Advising line management of key elements of Swiss labor law and internal regulations • Supporting a major Novartis restructuring project and outplacement
