• Main contact and communication person for European events for NL, Belgium, UK, Scandinavia. • Planning of events for Germany + Europe • Main task in European team for the Leadership Training Seminar • Project work on request, leading eventually to working on own initiative. • Monthly reporting, regular updates • Particular responsibilities: • cooperation with local Special Events colleagues in Northern Region • cooperation with European SE key team members
• interface between Director EOM and his team and additional internal and external areas • organization and coordination including time management and travel bookings • organization international and national meetings and conferences as well as phone and video calls • independent preparation of meeting content, presentations, concepts • internal and external communication in German and English • support of the yearly budget planning and controlling
