-Install, operate and maintain network and security equipment and perform the necessary upgrades and enhancements. - Manage and maintain BBS LAN, WLAN and WAN services according to policies, producers and best practices . -Manage and maintain BBS Datacenter systems and provide the necessary support. -Perform the backup and recovery operation across all sites for all related equipment.

- Provide technical support and training to customers. - Participate in the solutions implementation for customers. - Designing and implementing both physical and wireless networks. - Test and evaluate new products and prepare documentations. - Provide Pre-sale support to the sales colleagues as needed.

• Managing various devices such as (Firewall, Router, Switch, modem, Access Point). • Troubleshooting problem in LAN network and WAN network such as (Leased Line, E1, MPLS.VPN, 4G) • Maintain cases in infrastructure equipment such as (ATM, UPS, CCTV) • Configure & troubleshoot VOIP equipment and systems such as (CUCM, CME and PLANET). • Verify and follow up the implementation of the terms and conditions of maintenance contract with all the vendors.

- Install configuration and setting up the WMPT & UMPT boards. • Configuration Microwaves links. - Test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, or compatibility with existing systems. - Provide feedback to NMC and Transmission units.

- Install and troubleshoot Windows Operating System. - Configure and maintain equipment such as (Printers, Scanners and PCs). - Advising on the purchase of networking software, hardware and other IT supplies.
