• Development of management activities department made up of 350 people and with a scope of more than 3000 wind units in Spain • Budgetary responsibility of the Operation and Maintenance department. • Operational management of the different wind projects. • Support to the department's human resources management. • Support for the commercial action of the company related to operation and maintenance

• Developing engineering project , for technology improvements or redesign of components in wind turbines. • Improvements or redesigns in the mechanical structure of wind turbines of different technologies. • Improvements or redesigns in the software and hardware of the power control systems and converters of different wind technologies. • Improvements or redesigns of aerodynamic and structural operations in the blades. • Design of solutions to adapt old wind technologies to the new legislative frameworks.
