• servers and clients management with software packaging & deployment, OS deployment & migration, patch & security updates (1200+ clients, 130+ servers) • application packaging using Frontrange DSM and Cancom AHP (Application Hosting Platform) • scripting with eScript (Frontrange), Powershell, batch, VBS • Microsoft Windows Server administration - AD, GPOs, Exchange, DFS • Citrix XenApp, VMware vSphere

• IT department management, budgeting & acquisitions • Windows server administration: file & print, Active Directory, Hyper-V, WAMP • troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, optimization and maintenance, remote administration & 1st & 2nd level of support for computers and servers, printers and networking equipment • implementation of information security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines • keeping inventory of hardware and maintenance records
