Creating and programming a system that helps kids learn to read with more than 1,360,341 page views within just last year. UX/UI design, tweaking a PHP/WP based framework, integrating payment API, developing custom business logic, automatic user access permissions, refactoring and optimizing production code, working with client’s bug reports and requests, HTML/CSS conversion, basic JS/jQuery integration, A/B testing. Managing a small production and customer support teams.

As a group manager, I was responsible for the motivation, periodical assessment and hiring process of a small team of dedicated professionals. As a UX/UI engineer and front-end developer, I was taking part in the development of a modern human resources management system, that simplifies accounting, reporting, and planning of growth of the company. I also was taking care of the part of the Agile development process to facilitate our progress.

Working with different clients locally and worldwide, especially in Bootsrtap 3 based HTML/CSS coding, JS/jQuery integration, UX/UI web applications design, human-computer interaction design, wireframes to mock-ups design, usability testing, conversion oriented landing pages creation and A/B testing/analysis, custom PHP/MySQL scripts programming, Wordpress based websites development. Collecting clients’ requests & feedback, communicating problem solving decisions, managing small production teams.
