• Created corporate identity: re-design of the brand book and packaging, design of collateral for conferences, marketing materials, social ads and POS. • Collaborated with Photographer on concept and retouching of high-quality product shots. • Lead projects and Creative Direction of a Junior Multimedia Designer; altered the content of projects before completion when necessary.

• Developed concepts for digital and social campaigns, graphics for website, newsletter and related marketing material. • Ensured all Client’s visuals are consistent with their overall brand book. • Collaborate with other designers from conception to completion in accordance with the creative strategy.

• Applied insights including site metric and Customer feedback while redesigning UI user interface for responsive website and LMS. • Applying usability principles, best practices and standards while designing UI wireframe and mock-up. • Collaborated with Developers and UX Designer to define the best digital experience for the users.

• Designed material and internal communication for over 1,500 customer services professionals. • Collaborated with stakeholder management with the ability to gain alignment across multiple departments. • Worked closely with Training and Performance Officers on creating visually engaging e-learning modules, animation, presentations, job aids, and engaging learning games. Part of the team who delivered employee training during the successful transition to the Hamad International Airport, in Doha, Qatar.

• Worked in a Creative Agency, alongside other designers on a variety of clients and projects: advertisement, logotype, branding, corporate identity, website, packaging, social media and more. • Pitched creative proposal to clients and amend ideas in line with their feedback. • Worked closely with Copywriters from campaign concept to finished product: to develop brand identity and tone of voice. Delivered award-winning creative advertisements.

Graduated in 2004 at the Polytechnic College of Applied Studies in Belgrade, Serbia; major Graphic Design. Once the college joined other members of the Bologna Process, completed additional semester. In 2011 earned the Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design.
