Research work on “COMPOST PRODUCTION USING PILES AERATED BY TURNING THEM, AS A METHOD TO TREAT THE SLUDGE FROM THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING (UNITRAT), AND ITS EVALUATION IN SOIL IMPROVEMENT” which was used as dissertation.

- Successful control of the project with regard to planning and execution including resource planning and resource allocation. - Monitoring progress and performance (progress curve – S and scheduling). - Technical supervision of the work during the project execution. - Ensuring the application of appropriated construction methods taking into account safety norms.

-Successful development of the construction work in the field, making use of project and resource management skills – resource planning and resource allocation. -Application of leadership and management skills to provide direction to 50 people (workers and labours) under my responsibility. -Monitoring progress and performance (progress curve – S, earned value curve analysis, scheduling, accrual cost controlling, cash flow, cost contribution, crashing analysis, forecast completion, cost estimating, etc)
