Ivan Joe

Completed an internship at a local Batik company, where I led the digital marketing efforts to promote a public workshop event. I was responsible for organizing the workshop and overseeing the development and execution of the social media marketing strategy to increase public engagement and participation.

Currently pursuing a double-degree program at Hochschule Harz with a major in International Tourism Studies. Throughout the course of my studies, I have completed a broad range of subjects, including International and Sustainable Tourism, Event Management, Negotiation, Marketing, the German Economy, Corporate Organization, Cultural Studies, International Business, Tourism Enterprises, and German Language.

Currently completing my Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management at my home university in Indonesia. The program has provided me with a comprehensive foundation, covering various aspects of hotel operations across departments such as Front Office, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Human Resource Management, and Accounting, as well as a strong focus on the international dimensions of tourism.
