-Responsible for providing proactive, comprehensive and high quality improvement throughout the supply chain process, adhering to best practices; -Identify problems within the supply chain process, provide solutions and lead implementation of the solutions and development of new processes; -Test and implement the project Applications functional solution for supply chain business cycles; -Maintain the contingency plan, identifying service risks and ensuring suitable actions are taking place;

- Development and establishment supply chain organization in responsibilities of Beiersdorf d.o.o. Serbia (Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo markets); - Responsible for preparing the annual Business Plan in Supply Chain Area; - Organizing, supervising and controlling all logistics processes related to physical flow of goods (forecasting/transport/import/customs clearance/warehousing/delivering); - Leads, encourage and motivate the personnel in department (especially targeting, coaching, personnel development).

-Development and establishment product/process continuous and effective improvement system – Quality Management System (QMS); -Ensuring compliance with national and international environmental and health/safety standards and legislation; -Defining standard operational procedures in conjunction with operating staff; -Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined key performance -parameters; -Organizing relevant quality-related trainings.

-Product Supply Planning Executive of KRAFT FOODS INTERNATIONAL brands, WRIGLEY brands to Serbia,Montenegro and Macedonia market; -Creating and evaluating sales and demand forecast; -Maintained product availability at target level with optimal level of inventory; -Transport organization of shipments; -Maintaining of product database and portfolio; -Organization of inventorying, monitoring the expiry dates of goods to ensure high quality deliveries to the customers and market.

-Oversees the maintenance of customer complaint records and the steps taken to resolve problems; -Effective management of customer satisfaction.
