Leading the Slovene based subsidiary of a successful construction company from Montenegro with a goal of developing a residential building with 60+ units (coordinating planning and permitting process as well as work and inputs of colleagues from the mother company and external associates, negotiating project financing, chairing meetings with general contractors, state and municipality officials).

Facilitation of supply chain processes as well as coordination and communication with suppliers, supervision of inventories and securing excellent availability of products. Prepared reports of key performance indicators (KPIs), arrangement of data sets in SAP software.

A four-year study programme with an emphasis on international business in the last year. Besides regular studies, participated at the summer school organized by the WU university from Vienna and done a semester within an international exchange at the Faculty of Economics in Bratislava.
