Currently I am onsite with GE Energy. I am sitting with the staffing team in Aberdeen and am responsible for oil and gas focusing on the UK as a region. My remit covers mainly technical hiring; both within Engineering and Manufacturing but I also look over some of the Commercial hiring; sales, risk and Bids/Proposals management. On a daily basis I handle candidate screenings, information gathering, client/stakeholder management and engagement, market mapping, negotiation and employee interaction.
