Worked with Windows Server 2008R2 (Terminal Server, SCOM, SCCM, SCSM) First level of support for NIS a.d. (Software, hardware, printing and network troubleshooting and diagnostics). First level of support for business, infrastructure and specialist applications (MS Office, Active Directory, uniFLOW, SAP, Oracle, AutoCAD, Indok4, ObserveIT, SharePoint, CA Unicenter)

The project's goal was to profile open source communities and organizations in my country: to found their sizes, main products they use and main open source influencers. This project gave me an opportunity to increase my communication skills and get wider understanding of open source products usage in my country.
