Troya is a factory that manufactures jigs, transport cars, driil masks and others tools used in manufacturing plants and assembly lines. My daily activities are to prepare all production materials and services necessary for manufacturing a new production tool. This goes from analysing the CAD model and 2D model of the tools to define with which material and how it is going to be manufactured.

Aftermy Internship, I was employed as an assistant buyer at a building site of a new pumping station of a Zinc mining site. I was responsible of buying all consumable itens, used by the technical or clerk employees, tools, safety equipment and some raw materials. At my last months I was relocated to the night shift inside the pumping station to track the activities for the management sector and support the mechanical teams at pipe welding, mounting the mechanical structures

My intership was at the construction of a new Lithium enrichment facility, where I saw closely how production and planning should work hand to hand. My daily duty were to check the scheduled activities and provide any resource like interprate consumables, technical advise, drawing or reaching out someone who could do that. At the end of the day, reports were filled in order to present at a weekly briefing to the client.

Focused at studing automobile disciplines that wasn't offered at my home universty

My Final Paper studied the optimization of the University's Formula Student's Gearbox using OptimumLap and gear dimensioning theory.
