My responsibility include delivering SAP system training (onsite and online for users in all 28 countries of the group) in some of the SAP areas like: - APO: Demand Planning (DP), Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Optimizer; - ERP: Material Master Data; - CRM: Strategic Route Planning (ORTEC product) 2016 summary: delivered more than 170 hours of training (live and web) to over 660 participants with average trainer's rating 3.7 (of max 4).

Provide strategy and global direction on all logistics management, transportation and warehousing activities. Provide strategy and direction for collaboration with and coordination of channel partners, including suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, and customers. Develop and implement supply and logistics policies, procedures, and activities to maximize the efficiency of the supply chain across the group.

• Finding and contacting (making contracts with) the most appropriate suppliers for the requested materials and services • Assuring (on daily basis) the needed materials and personnel will be on the site at proper time and optimal cost • Controlling the cost of materials and labor for every project • Responsible for all the materials in the company warehouse • Responsible for the company fleet expenses and maintenance

Petrol Gas OOD is a subsidiary of Petrol AD, part of Petrol Holding Group. Turnover of the company for the 1st half of 2010 was 13 mln euro. Some of the position responsibilities are: •Deals with all company issues connected with LPG logistics and transport on country level •Overview and control over LPG stocks of Petrol stations and secondary transport operations •Keeps constant contact with the transportation companies •Prepares and follows the yearly transport budget of the company (2 mln euro)

Opet Aygaz Bulgaria is a subsidiary of Koc Holding Turkey. •Deals with all company issues connected with LPG logistics on country level •Overview and control over LPG stocks of all company stations and secondary transport operations •Keeps constant contact with the transportation companies •Prepares and follows the secondary transport budget of the company.

Create and manage the Logistics department (3 subordinates) Manage, organize, control and coordinate all activities in the warehouse and transportation Work for standards’ unification of all breweries and warehouses/depots Control fleet exploitation and utilization in order to achieve most effective usage Prepare, control and manage company yearly budgets for warehousing (0.5 mln Euro) and transportation (1.5 mln Euro)

As a Warehouse & Haulage Manager in Kostinbrod location I had 17 direct reports (shift supervisors, forklift/truck drivers, maintenance, etc.) under my supervision and was materially responsible for all the finished goods in the warehouse (approx. 2 mln Euro in stock).
