I am part of Central of Excellence CoE team responsible for providing technical support for customers as part of L3 support. My daily responsibilities are not just to solve problems, but also to give recommendation for improvements which can reflect the business. I have strong knowledge of Oracle internals and performance tuning. Working in a team managing more than 300 database instances including all types of architectures. - Performed business critical database (24x7x365) upgrade and migration using Logical Standby Database with minimal downtime in seconds - Achieved 83% improvement in speed of business process by making changes in application code - Work closely with development teams to ensure product stability and performance requirements - Oracle database administration 10g/11g/12c - Planning and implementation of various backup and recovery strategies Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL database administration

- Responsible for researching and developing software systems and web applications - Worked mainly with PHP, also I have working experience with Java persistence API - JPA, Enterprise Java Beans – EJB, Hibernate, (Seam, IceFaces) frameworks, JBoss server administration and clustering
