• Start up and creation of Purchasing Service Centre in Poland - administrative purchasing office providing services to Purchasing Europe (all European countries of Lear plants) • Main support in introduction of SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) system within Europe and Africa • Take over of inter-company business (Lear to Lear) purchasing activity for Trim and Metal business in Europe

• Responsible for contracts negotiations, price reductions and Long Term Agreements with main, European Trim suppliers (textile, leather, vinyl, trim components such as plastic profiles, velcros, threads, zippers, non woven) • Long term strategy planning for trim suppliers in Europe • Selection and auditing of Lear preferred supplier within trim products • Purchasing savings tracking and implementation within the scope of responsibility

Responsible for preparations of the offers for trim covers produced in Lear Tychy plant (Fiat, Toyota projects) • Responsible for coordination and launching activity for Toyota/Citroen/PSA project in Tychy plant • Coordination of project team work (purchasing, sales, engineering, production). • Responsible for orders creation and negotiations with Lear Tychy suppliers for Italian and Toyota project
