Identifying and solving programming and financial issues reported by customers (end users) for all service packs of QAD Enterprise Financials. Root-cause analysis, source code changes, solving parameterization and optimization issues. Correcting data on Customers’ production databases. Creating temporary and hot fixes. Creating official patches. Visiting customers on-site post-implementation. Training new hired employees, creating knowledge database articles. Focal point role.

Timely and accurate support of all Global SAP implementation projects' phases – take ownership and initiative until issue is successfully and accurately solved Focal point for all project and Global SAP process related issues to internal/external parties Support testing & training preparation and delivery Develop and maintain global working relationships/networks within Shell Ensure that all relevant Shell standards and guidelines are met; compliance to SOX rules and guideline

Solving issues from vendors and internal departments in SAP system. Focal point role in area of controls & reporting, AP/AR processing, Banking, Treasury Back Office, MRD, GL. Answer stakeholders requests for information. Input information into SAP as well as other systems, maintain and update account records. Carry out other assignments assigned by the supervisors. Liaise with Purchasing, suppliers, internal and external customers. Continual review and update of internal processes and procedures
