As a Staffing Partner I am involved in strategically planning, implementing and delivering effective, streamlined staffing solutions for Honeywell’s business in the Middle East including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar , Kuwait, Iraq and Egypt. We recruit technical and operational staff in the following functions - Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, HR, Supply Chain and Customer Services.

Responsible for recruitment activities in the EMEA region region in the following industries: IT/telecommunications, supply chain, sales, customer service, R&D, manufacturing and engineering. In charge of the whole recruitment cycle from pre-hire to exit. Preparing and revising recruitment strategies. Regular updates with the key stakeholders.

* Providing service to English-speaking customers as well as liaising with partners and maintaining B2B contacts * Preparing business correpondence * Proofreading travel alerts * Handling complaints and escalations * Working on process improvements so as to ensure efficiency and high quality * Providing ad hoc training to new team members
