I research and analyze user's behaviour so I can prototype and test possible solutions both from a digital and omnichannel approach: • Research (focus groups, heatmaps, heuristic analysis, benchmarking, interviews, user testing and trends). • Definition of designs and interaction guides. • Prototyping of user interfaces for web and mobile. • Test planning and validation.
