Project 1 (Internal): Fullstack Developer for a real-time collaboration tool (Miro-style). Designed and developed the NextJS frontend and NestJS/GraphQL backend within a microservices architecture Project 2 (E-Justice / Public Sector): Frontend redevelopment using StencilJS for the Federal Employment Agency. Guaranteed strict accessibility compliance and integrated Java (Quarkus) REST APIs under high-pressure deadlines Tech: MongoDB, code reviews, and provided 2nd/3rd-level support, SCRUM, Confluence, Jira.

Project: Car Rental System End-to-end development of a Car Rental System. From Zero to Launch: Owned the entire SDLC, from leading initial stakeholder workshops and requirements engineering to final deployment. Built frontend using React and Tailwind CSS. Developed a scalable Spring Boot architecture to manage high-volume fleet data and reservation logic. Guaranteed system reliability by maintaining high test coverage with JUnit and performing end-to-end API integration tests.

Technical lead for Esysync, development of a cloud-based digital signage platform for the real estate and retail markets. Lead Full-Stack Development: Architected a layer-based cloud system using Spring Boot, Angular, and MySQL. AWS Infrastructure: Built and automated scalable environments using Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, and CI/CD pipelines. Project: Enterprise ERP (Supply Chain & HR Modules) Migration from monolithic to layered architecture. Building frontends with JSF/Primefaces , Backend: SpringBoot, RestfullAPIs, Hibernate, Oracle. Optimizing performance: (JProfiler/JMeter), lazy loading, and data structure refactoring. Support & Training: Providing 3rd-level support and conducting user training for 50+ employees in HR and Procurement. Coordination with the IT department in Germany (Vilsbiburg) in all phases of IT systems (logistics systems) development, from requirement gathering to implementation. Full-Stack Development: Designed and deployed new frontend and backend features within a high-traffic e-commerce environment. System Reliability: Conducted deep-dive troubleshooting and bug fixing across the entire software stack to maintain 24/7 platform availability. Database Management: Managed complex data structures and optimized queries within an Oracle environment.

Project: Destyno Implemented social bookmarking platform focused on seamless link management and community interaction. Full-Stack Development: business logic using the Spring Framework and interactive UI with JSF, RichFaces, and jQuery Requirements gathering, technical specifications, MySQL relational data model. Project: Extended Enterprise Management in Enlarged Europe (E4) Research Assistant at BIBA: Developed a scalable SOA-compliant platform for the EU-funded E4 project. I spearheaded the migration of the Quality Control Management module from PHP to Java (Struts/iBatis), implemented ESB-based communication between international partners, and developed JSR-168 portlets for Liferay. My role involved full-stack development and technical coordination across a multi-country consortium.
