System Engineer/TPL for HV Battery Systems

Design, development and validation of Battery Management Systems of Hardware HV/LV components (Disconnection unit, Cell monitoring Circuits (CMC), Precharge, Relays, Current sensors, BMU Main uC, etc.) for BEV and PHEV vehicles as Tier 1 developer. Performing the necessary simulations and calculations (WCA, power losses, etc.) using specialize SW (Matlab, Simulink, Altium, Pspice, etc.) to assure the fulfillment of technical customer and functional safety (ISO26262) requirements.

• Development of a new Diagnostic HW components for Li- Ion Battery Cells from Conceptual design to the Functional Prototype Implementation and Testing. • Implementation and Diagnostic of Power MosFET Semiconductor Components. • Hardware metrics and Worst Case Scenario Analysis ( ISO 26262) • Electronic Design Tools Usage (PSpice, Cadence Allegro, Eagle) • Component Selection according to the design requirements (Robustness, Cost, Safety Goals). • Management of Technical Documents.

Activity planning and task delivering time designating. Progress by objectives. Implementation of management and Core Tools. Quotation and BOM reviews. Direct management of suppliers and customers relationship. Highlighted Delivered Projects: • “Counting System in start/finish race line for automotive competitions”. Collaboration with: Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and OMDAI (Mexican Organization of the Automotive Sport). .

Hardware (Digital and Analog) R&D and testing according to customer requirements. Use of diverse Microcontrollers families, Communication protocols. Design of schematics for PCB and DRC. Management of technical files and document preparation for manufacturing

Support in the development of the control logic. Production of CAD mech. drawings.
