Direct and manage: -all aspects of manufacturing feasibility on the high pressure die casting process. -tooling for new projects as well as tooling replacement. -tooling design on the technical side as well as its commercial issues. -the process design based on lean and profitable principles. -labor calculation as well as its adjustment in line with the sales forecast. -the Die casting cell automatization.

Direct and manage a high pressure die casting plant with operations in Monterrey, Mex.  Direct and manage localization programs from USA to México for main customers.  Past due delivery solved.  TS 16949 certification achieved as individual plant.  Sales increase up to 30% vs forecast.  OEE increased up to 25% vs past records.  Labor cost decreased up to 30%  PM program implementation 

Direct and manage: -540 people split on smelting, die casting, finishing and maintenance departments. -performance, quality and safety goals defined for the divisional director. -the established principles regarding LEAN, TPM, PCP, PCRS and some other initiatives. -our custumer production requirements.

Direct and manage: -the preventive maintenance program for molds and trimming tools. -the CAD-CAM team. -spare parts maker team as well as the machinery involved. -100% assurement of the availability of tools for the production requirements. -the reduction of downtime due to tooling damages. -the cost reduction initiatives on spare parts and tooling replacement needs.
