Regus Kora is a corporate service innovation for the unicorn, Regus Plc, which turned 2bn EUR during 2015. My role was to lead new innovative service offering and validate the profitability for scaling. Kora is an innovation centre within university campus enabling university and entrepreneurship to meet. In one year I turned the operation profitable with 90 high tech companies as customers in three innovation centres in Finland. We were awarded by the CEO service award during 1Q2016.

Project manager for NewCo Factory, which is accelerating international growth business in City of Helsinki, EnterpriseHelsinki. With my team we started a transformation project for City of Helsinki to become the most attractive city for startups in Nordics. We have created the brand, started the operation and coworking space in the beginning of 2013 and we were rewarded as the best service provider for startups in Finland by Nordic Startup Awards.

As Managing Director and the owner of the Finnish company Tamarindo Oy, ilo-korut I established the company and the whole value creation process from market analysis and product design to own production of jewelry in subsidiary in Mexico and sales office in Finland with its global (US, China, Mexico) suppliers and subcontractors. I also established the distribution channels including web-shop in Finland and subcontracting model in China.

Project Manager managing global transformation projects, which required cross-functional co-operation, process and IT changes. Nokia was growing fast and my role was to build scalable operational models to support the growth. Projects were logistics HUB in Sao Paolo 2000-2001 and global demand planning process and related IT system in the NTC countries (more than 100 countries) during 1999-2000. Also heading Nokia and Siemens ERP carve out. During the years I lived for two years in Mexico with the family.
