Contractuo is a digital document & identity solution for companies who want to streamline contracting, vendor management, customer insights and agreements through an industry private blockchain.  In <5 months we built and tested our MVP - we are currently looking for equity investors and/or cooperation partners looking to digitize their entire contracting life-cycle.

• Conception and development of a digital strategy / digital transformation roadmap / digital maturity • Defining new 'products' that should help Santander move into new areas and use new business models • Topics: Agile Transition, APIs, Digital signatures, PSD2, Smart virtual assistant, Blockchain, 360o Customer view, Marketplace, Ecosystem, etc.

As the managing director I had, among others, the following responsibilities: • Change management: from losses to profit generation AND from a traditional to a strategic, digital agency • Financially, strategically and overall ultimately responsible • Leading the company and team (+20 people) (from strategy till execution) • Leading of: Account-, project-, innovation- and IT management
