Hogla B.V. is an international operating glass trading company offering a wide range of products. At Hogla I am responsible for calculating complex glass compositions based on the project specifications and the building regulations. Furthermore I take care of the purchasing, sales and export of all glass products in the delivery program and provide product support for customers and colleagues.

Macbath Sanitair is a wholesaler and importer of design bathroom equipment. I was responsible for all office and warehouse activities, allowing the sole proprietor to focus on the field sales. In time the company Macbath grew to a maximum of 7 employees, and I gained total operational and financial responsibilities.

In the function of junior office manager I was responsible for coaching my colleagues and supporting the the senior office manager. I also took part in several in-company projects such as improving the order entry procedure and product database optimization.

At DP-Pumps I was responsible for the overall office sales, working together with several Field Sales managers. Initially I covered all sales areas, later I focused on the the Middle East and far East region. This included designing, offering and order entry of the more complex pumping installations based on contracting specifications received from dealers.I provided the first line technical support on all technical queries from the dealers and supervised the warranty claims and repair of returned products.

A one year training on all aspects of Business To Business sales and marketing of industrial products.

Secondary Technical Education. A four year program including a one year internship at several companies. In the senior year I also took various sales and commercial courses.
