Responsible for maintaining appropriate cleaning schedules (Health & Safety) for food preparation and serving amenities. Busy peaks service management: working on Christmas New Year’s Eve parties, servings bookings totaling around 1000 people, both a la carte and tasting menu.

Quantify project-level estimates. Collaborate with business and IT colleagues to create solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
